Arrival at the airport  of Sofia.
Transfer to Hotel Princess 4 *

Welcome cocktail in a private area of the hotel, reserved for the group.
Lunch buffet  in the hotel.
Meeting for all the guests in the Main Salon of the hotel.
Dinner in the Chevermeto restaurant, booked especially for the group (200 places, 15 minutes distance from the hotel). The restaurant has been designed in a rural Bulgarian style. The diner includes  lamb on a spit followed by a professional folkloric spectacle.

Meeting or free time with different choices:
In the archeological museum of Sofia , booked entirely for the group. Visit of the museum, followed by unique spectacle mixed of classic style dancing and sport gymnastic elements (GRS)
The choreograph is the well-known trainer Neshka Robeva, who is training the national Bulgarian team of Gymnastic from 15-20 years for their participation in the international sport events.
The cost is: The price of booking the museum especially for the group is 1300 Euro, the cost of the world known spectacle is 2500 Euro(fifteen gymnasts ).The price includes the lighting, set-scene and the sound.
Please let us know in advance if you would like to have the spectacle organized as the Gymnastic team is engaged very often for tours around the world. We are able to hire another team which will be a bit more expensive.
18h30 Photos and hand in the gifts.
20h30 Depart for the Gala Evening which will take place at the “Club of the Army” , beautiful salon from the 19th century.
Fashion show by one of the most famous model agencies in Sofia, followed by a cocktail.
Gala dinner organized by one of the most well-known French chefs in Bulgarian.
The dinner will be accompanied by one orchestra, playing classical music.
Before the dessert to be served, a concert of “The mystery of the Bulgarian voices“(choral of 15 singers), performing typical traditional Bulgarian songs will take place. ”The mystery of the Bulgarian voices “is well-know all around the world.
Return to the hotel.

IIItd day

Buffet breakfast in the hotel
Depart for the cathedral “Aleksander Nevski”, the biggest in Bulgaria, visit followed by one orthodox liturgical concert   St .Sofia church. The modern city of Sofia was named in the 14th century after the basilica of St. Sofia
Guests will embark in one tramway, booked entirely for the group, city tour and return to the hotel.
Lunch at the buffet of the hotel.

Transfer to the airport.
